Hatherton Parish Council - Minutes and Agendas

The Parish Council meets monthly, usually on the third Thursday of each month, with the exception of August at Hatherton Village Hall. Meetings begin at 7:00pm and are open to the public.

Members of the public are allowed to address the Parish Council Meeting regarding any issues they wish to raise during the Public Participation Session which takes place between 7.00p.m and 7.15pm. In the event that you wish an item to be placed on the agenda for discussion please advise the Parish Clerk by using the contact form provided.

Should your request be received five days prior to the meeting it will be placed on the agenda for the next scheduled meeting.

Please note: Members of the public will no longer be permitted to contribute to the decision making process once the Public Participation Session has concluded.
